  • Registration: We use the Jane platform for client registration and appointment management. By registering through Jane, you agree to comply with their terms of service as well.
  • Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through Jane or by contacting our clinic directly. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments or providing a 24 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  1. Payments

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you receive. Payment terms and methods will be specified at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed during the billing process.
  • Billing: If you do not pay as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until the outstanding balance is settled.
