Yazdan studied Osteopathic Manual therapy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto and has been practising since 2015. He has a great interest in Cranial-Sacral, Structural bodywork and Myofascial integration and has benefited from the insightful guidance of Pamela Crosson-fournier in Toronto and Bodhi (Erik Emanuel Fenz) in Goa and is currently continuing his education with Judah Lyons. Yazdan has thousands of hours of Yoga, Meditation, Natural Healing, and Holistic Lifestyle training and is continuing his education in the field of Botanical Medicine through the National University of Medical Sciences and in the field of Coaching professionally through Noble Manhattan and Hippocrates Health Institute. He is a member of both the National Manual Osteopathic Society and the College of Registered Manual Osteopaths in Canada.
Yazdan’s approach to Osteopathic treatment is unique, innovative and prominent. Each manual osteopathy session with Yazdan can include some or all of the following: Osteo-articular (gentle joint mobilisation), Muscle energy techniques, Soft tissue therapy such as Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release and Positional release therapy, Visceral manipulation, Cranial-sacral therapy, Therapeutic exercises and Lifestyle, and Nutritional advice. He also offers Obstetrics Osteopathy.
Yazdan spent his adult life learning and practising spirituality, healing, service, and art both in the East and the West and enjoys sharing the love for the manifestations of life and wisdom. Yazdan also enjoys Philosophy and Mythology, Plant-based, Raw food and Fruitarian diet, Vipassana Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Judo, Tao and Zen, as well as Native American Wilderness and Nature Awareness skills, Ecotherapy, Australian Aboriginal music, North Indian classical music, and Folk Iranian-Kurdish music.
