Joanaliza is a Registered Massage Therapist who enjoys helping clients feel more comfortable, relaxed and confident in their movement. She takes a personal approach to each treatment, focusing on what your body needs.
A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before pursuing massage therapy she gained experience in fitness and rehabilitation, giving her a strong foundation in movement, injury recovery and functional assessment.
She uses massage techniques including myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization and Swedish massage. Joanaliza works with clients experiencing musculoskeletal conditions, scar tissue concerns, pregnancy related changes and post injury recovery. Each session is tailored to support recovery, restore function and promote relaxation and stress relief.
